CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN ORTHODONTISTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD DURING THE PANDEMIC
In January 2020, we never imagined everything that we would experience in the following months; starting in March, we couldn’t believe what was happening, and nobody thought it would last this long.
It has been very difficult to witness so many people suffering without having solutions for them. But, somehow, we went through the stage of surprise and disbelief towards the COVID-19 pandemic, then we adapted to the situation and the majority of people showed great sacrifices and solidarity.
During that year 2020, difficult for the whole world, we conducted an online program “Pablo chats with friends” that had a great reception and allowed us to understand the reality of those challenging times in many countries. We learned a lot through the participation of teachers and respected specialists from all parts of the world.
This was an attempt to recover the social aspect of our activity and our lives, and now we leave those conversations here as a testimony of a difficult and exceptional time that we have overcome together.
