CONTACT FORM

Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us and respond to your requests for information, as well as to send you communications about our training and related services, including by electronic means, if you check the acceptance box.

ONLINE CAMPUS REGISTRATION FORM (CREATE NEW ACCOUNT)

Purpose: To register you to our training platform and manage the contracted courses, your training agenda and other options we provide you. If applicable, registration to our online courses and completing their purchase process. To send you commercial information about our related training courses, by e-mail included.

Legitimation: User’s consent to create a user account and, if applicable, enrollment in the course. The legitimate interest of the entity in keeping trainees and users informed of other related training courses.

Storage: As long as you are enrolled in the course and, at the end of the course, during the legal periods of storage to meet possible liabilities. Marketing mailings: Until the user requests to unsubscribe.

REGISTRATION FORM FOR TRAINING COURSES

Purpose: To process the enrollment in the corresponding course and its delivery. To register you in the training platform (Online Campus) so that you can have the necessary materials at your disposal. To send you information about our training and related courses, by e-mail included.

Legitimation: Consent of the user when registering for the training course. Legitimate interest in informing our students about related training courses.

Storage: As long as you are enrolled in the course and, at the end of the course, during the legal periods of storage to meet possible liabilities. Marketing mailings: Until the user requests to unsubscribe.

ORDER FORM

Purpose: To manage your course payment requests and to inform you about our training and services, by e-mail included.

Legitimation: Execution of the sales contract and legitimate interest to inform our customers about our training and services.

Storage: During the contractual relationship and, at the end of it, during the legally required storage periods to meet possible liabilities and subsequently during the legally required periods. Marketing mailing: Until the user requests to unsubscribe.

E-MAILING

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, respond to your requests, and answer your questions or doubts.

Legitimation: The user’s consent by requesting information from us via email address.

Retention: Until your request has been answered by e-mail if it has not generated a new treatment.

In the case of official Postgraduate or Master’s courses for which you register, your data will be transferred to the University of San Jorge (Zaragoza), for the homologation and processing of the official diploma.
